Dont forget about the Cowboys Defense

December 5, 2008

Everyone seems to be talking about the Cowboys offense having to beat the Steelers defense. I think its the other way around. The Cowboys defense really needs to step up and it will be important for the defense to come out strong and fast early on!

Romo’s presence on T.O.

November 13, 2008

Hopefully with the possibility of Tony Romo’s come back this week that will ignite wide receiver Terrell Owens. Owens has not been a key part of the offense since Romo’s injury so look for Romo to get him involved quickly! The Cowboys need T.O. to get back on track and be a key part in this high flying offense!

Roy Williams A Cowboy!

Williams A Cowboy!

Williams A Cowboy!

The Cowboys announced tuesday before the deadline that they traded for Roy Williams of the Lions. The Cowboys gave up a 1st, 3rd, and 6th round pick for the wide out. This move looks like a desperate move by owner Jerry Jones to make this year the year the Cowboys win the Superbowl but i think this is a great move. With Williams experience and added talent to the lineup the Cowboys offense is that much more dangerous then it ever has been!

A look at the Arizona Cardinals

October 8, 2008

The Cardinals might not be that easy of a victory for the Cowboys! Arizona is coming open a very impressive win over the undefeated Buffalo Bills. The Cardinals finally put together a impressive run on offense and backed it up with tough nose defense. The Cowboys will be looking to put alot of pressure on veteran quarterback Kurt Warner and the less experienced offenseive players. If the Cowboys play there style football and have a stable running game they should leave Arizona with another victory!

Keep an eye out for Cowboys red zone offense

September 25, 2008

Last week against the Packers the Cowboys had some trouble in the red zone. The red zone offense is a key area of there game plan that they have been working on this week in practice and look for the Cowboys to be more aggressive in those situations. Also, look for them to open up there offense a little more this week with more throws to other receivers as Terrell Owens is most likely to see alot of double coverage.

Cowboys vs. Packers

September 20, 2008

The Cowboys go into week 3 against the Packers after a emotional win agianst the Eagles. The hard fought game and loss of two injuries on defense might have a effect on sundays game against the Packers. With a couple days of rest the Cowboys go into week 3 looking to execute on both sides of the ball and take advantage of key match ups on offense.
