Speculation around Cowboys camp is that quarterback Tony Romo is wanting to play this sunday against the St. Louis Rams. The news came out after Cowboys practice on tuesday afternoon. Romo injuried his pinkie finger on his throwing hand against the Cardinals last weekend and was expected to miss up to 4 weeks. Romo’s status for the game is not certain yet but keep tuned into Cowboys camp to see if the Cowboys will start their pro-bowl quarterback.

Cowboys lose nailbiter to Cardinals
October 13, 2008Failing to secure the ball throughout the game the Cowboys lost to the Cardinals on Sunday 24-30. The loss came in overtime after the Cowboys punt was blocked and picked up in the endzone for a Cardinal touchdown. The Cowboys were trailing throughout the second half of the game but made a fieldgoal in the remaining seconds of the game to put it into overtime. With a tough loss the Cowboys will now look to regroup and get back to work this week as they prepare for the St. Louis Rams.

The Cardinals finally put together a impressive run on offense and backed it up with tough nose defense. The Cowboys will be looking to put alot of pressure on veteran quarterback Kurt Warner and the less experienced offenseive players. If the Cowboys play there style football and have a stable running game they should leave Arizona with another victory!
